For all orders, your tracking number will be sent via e-mail when your package is shipped.
Cancelling your Order
We ship orders very quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.
To cancel your order, click on the View My Order Link on your order confirmation email and click cancel. Note: If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES
Shipping times may vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase. United States and Canadian shipping addresses only. Note that we only ship on weekdays. Orders received after 3pm Eastern time on Fridays will ship the following business day.
Your package will typically arrive typically between 3-10 business days within the contiguous United States.
Expedited: Delivery within 2 business days to most areas; applicable for Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii shipments only. Delivery days are Monday through Friday and don't include holidays. Please note that Expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following business day. Select zip codes are not available for this service and some locations require additional shipping times. Note: Expedited Shipping does not deliver to PO Boxes.
USPS Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail packages typically arrive within 2-3 days after shipment. USPS delivers on Saturday, but does not deliver on Sunday.
Please note that Priority Mail orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Friday, or on a weekend will be processed the following business day.
When shipping to to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories, we recommend using either Expedited Shipping and USPS Priority Mail. These methods arrive the fastest, typically in 2-4 days.
Canada Orders: Depending on the method selected, orders to Canada typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Canada Post is currently experiencing shipping delays up to 30 days.
